Pretty good, but it doesn't seem to desensitize quite as well as the other "unnatural" brands in the store. This seems to be a more "gentle" approach. Also, paste seems just a little on the thin side-a little too soft and runny. However, it does seem to work, is not laden with chemicals and has a pleasant flavor which leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh, not overwhelmed!
