After years of sawing away with a conventional toothbrush, my dentist recommended an electric toothbrush. The standard Oral-B refills work good, but tend to be a little hard on my gums, resulting in occasional irritation.Enter the Oral-B Extra Soft refills; with these I get the same quality cleaning as with the standard refills, but without any gum irritation whatsoever! My gums had continued to erode/recede until I started using these brush heads, but now seem to have stopped. If you have similar issues, you may want to try this product - it does a great job cleaning as well, the bristles are very flexible and reach deep between teeth!
