If you have ever had a painful mouth sore that lasted more than a few days, you know how irritating and unpleasant that can be. I had them for years. Until I found out a way to prevent them, Cankermelts saved my day. They adhere to the sore spot and overnight relieve the pain and actually speed the healing. So, if you have canker sores or other mouth sores, Cankermelts provide relief.
To help prevent mouth sores, try rinsing your mouth with a mixture of 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 3 parts water. Swish it around for about a minute and spit it out. The hydrogen peroxide kills the bacteria that contribute to the sores. WARNING don't use straight hydrogen peroxide, it will damage healthy tissue, it's too strong. ALWAYS DILUTE it. No more than 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 3 parts water.
