In a nutshell, this product works well and I was satisfied with the results. Crest offers a money back guarantee, which I in no way feel a need of using. But before you invest in this product, and yes it is pricey, please ensure that your expectations are set appropriately. Yes, your teeth will get whiter, but not like the pretty girl in the commercial, since she's probably already prettier than you and has better teeth than you. So get real and don't expect too much. But this product does perform as described.
I've used this product as directed for 4 days and saw results the first day. I have not experienced any sensitivity, and I was expecting to since I do have sensitive lower teeth. But so far, so good.
