Doctor'S Nightguard Classic, 1 Box Review
This is a bulky mouth guard, and I also had to boil it a couple times before I could get the fit right. Turns out it does fit kind of funny--it's bulky and feels odd in the mouth at first. But the bulk helps cushion the mouth for the grinding/clenching at night. This is the best guard I've tried and you can't beat the price. The company does have a refund or replacement process if you can't get the fit right.And to address someone else's comment: I think all mouth guards are on the top teeth only. They are meant to "lock" onto the top teeth (so they don't slide around every time you open your mouth), but they still protect the lower teeth when your mouth is closed. When you are molding this to your teeth after boiling, you chomp down with your upper and lower teeth, so the guard is molded to both.
