These Two-Hour Whitestrips sure are convenient! It had been years since my last purchase of Whitestrips and they have improved the design of the strip significantly. These new strips are made of thicker, sturdier material then their very thin, flimsy predecessors were. The strips do a pretty good job of staying in place, even while talking and moving around. Just give them a few minutes to get acquainted and stick to your teeth. While I wouldn't drink water out of a cup while wearing them, you're probably fine sipping some bottled water with these on. These do a good job of lifting stains near the gum line, although I didn't notice much of an overall improvement in the areas of my teeth that were already fairly white. One downfall is that in order to maintain your results, repeat applications are required every few months, or your old stains will start to creep right back up. These would be a good "touch up" product to use before important events, although I wouldn't recommend them for heavy stained or yellowed teeth. Additionally, its important to remember to use a toothpaste made for sensitive teeth for a few days before using whitening products like Whitestrips.
