I bought this toothpaste after doing a little research, trying to find a toothpaste that would deal with the plaque that I can't get myself to floss off my teeth. (Yes, I know I should - but I just don't, and am beginning to realize that nothing is going to change this.)I decided I needed something with zinc citrate - and this was my choice (partly because I also need a toothpaste that's gluten-free). Much to my amazement, it really seems to work. It's been months since my teeth were cleaned, and I don't see visible plaque, though it normally builds up fast. I don't love the taste of this toothpaste, but it's not bad - and anything is worth having my teeth look this free of plaque.
