i have tried oramd and it worked wonders for my receding bleeding gums and bad breath but i found it to be expensive ,but when i seen the ingrediants (spearmint peppermint and almond oil )i decided to try my own remedy ,so ordered 100 ml of all these oils wich cost me around £15.00 i kept my empty bottle of oramd and put 6ml of peppermint ,6ml of spearmint and 3 ml of almond oil in the bottle and it tasted a bit stronger than the oramd and works just the same but at a fraction of the cost of a 15ml bottle of oramd and a stronger strengh,so try your own at home before spending a little fortune on this stuff.OraMD Oral Hygiene for Gum Problems Overview
