As you can see from the photo I uploaded that this calcium supplement does not contain magnesium, which is a problem. Let me explain why. Calcium precipitates magnesium. I no longer give my children a calcium supplement, but I do give them magnesium when they have syptoms of magnesium deficiency such as muscle cramps.
