Perma Soft Denture Reliner Kit--Reline 2 Denture Plates Review
I ordered this product after SeaBond discontinued Denturite. I love it. It is not much different than the Denturite other than the color is lighter & matches my plate. The other difference, to me, is that it is lighter in weight & more transparent. I took the time to remove all the Denturite liner & started from scratch (dip in & out of hot water as you carve off with a safety blade - be careful). I was a bit worried about the directions instructing me to put them into my mouth so soon, as it still looked a bit runny but I followed the directions times to the letter & to bite down "slowly & gently" yet firmly into place & I got a great fit. I have found that too much pressure while bitting down for the fit does not work for me. I have to bite down just until I get the bite I want then stop there & hold. I only have the top plate, so I decided to "try" & split the second application (the two ingredients) to see if I could make a 1/2 batch. I measured carefully & it seems to firm up just perfect. The only CON is that it came with ONE, TINY plastic "screw cap" to mix in & it was a mess trying to mix it. So I would suggest using a small plastic cup to mix in. I used a to-go restaurant (bleu cheese) cup to mix the 1/2 batch in & that worked great.Perma Soft Denture Reliner Kit--Reline 2 Denture Plates Overview
