I used this product for about four months on the recommendation of my dentist for sensitive teeth. It indeed helped a bit with the sensitivity, but it also stained my teeth horribly--greenish/brownish marks between my teeth. Most of the stains came off with a cleaning, but some are still there and I am VERY angry (and hoping they will come off with my next cleaning or with the scaler I just bought on Amazon to do the job myself). It was scary how quickly they worsened, as well. One day I was wondering what these slight stains were, the next day my teeth looked like those of a 70-year old chain smoker and coffee drinker. I haven't read other reviews like this, so this product may only stain teeth on some people. It does taste good and is otherwise effective at reducing sensitivity and cleaning the mouth.
