It arrive in 4 days of placing my order, which is fast. When it arrived i used it. Used the toothpaste 1st, liked it. Then, i used the spray and tongue scraper... boy was that nasty!. The white stuff that scrapes off, definetly grosse and glad its off my tongue. I spent about 5 min on my tongue alone to really clean it, bottom ,sides, and everything. The rinse burns a little to but i guess thats normal, not as intense as listerine though. MUCH LESS! I have fillings, a crown, and have had a root canal done so all in all if u suffer from hot breath or hallitosis u should give it a try.BreathRx Introductory Kit Overview
