Close-Up Red Gel is great toothpaste. I like it because it seems to give good protection with no plaque build-up lasting all day! JUST BEWARE OF HBA Zone Inc. which has been selling the product here on Amazon! DO NOT BUY FROM HBA Zone, INC! I had purchased 40 tubes of this Close-Up toothpaste from them, then received 40 tubes of the wrong item, then had a difficult time to get a return authorization so I could ship the product back! They were very poor in communications! I finally received a return authorization after I emailed the seller warning them that I had contacted Amazon about the matter. I had been advised by Amazon to mention I'd be claiming Amazon's A to Z refund if I hadn't heard back from the seller within three business days with a satisfactory answer! Within an hour of my emailing the seller with that they emailed me back with a return authorization. Those people are BAD NEWS! After HBA Zone Inc. received the product back, they didn't refund my money and wouldn't reply to emails until they were contacted by Amazon almost a month later! Stay away from HBA Zone Inc. and beware of Amazon's A to Z claim that can take up to three weeks if they have to refund you when THEY can't get the seller to refund you! In my opinion, it's better for you to simply contact your credit card company if you need a refund.
