i purchased this item in conjunction with the Terminator lice comb. it does a wonderful job getting rid of the tiniest nits that the other combs missed. it has very fine sharp teeth so i would use it only on very fine hair and after using a different comb with gentler teeth for the initial comb out. i havent found any other comb that will get the very tiny nits out. great addition to your lice fighting arsenal.
