Hello, I attended a Nutrition Course for my Master's Degree in TCM, where my instructor mentioned this product, so I bought it.
My experience over the last 12 months is 1) my dentist said my teeth & gums are doing better, even though the only thing I changed was adding Terramin. 2) My Digestion is more regular. I don't think I need to further explain. 3) Resistance to Cold/Flu has increased. I don't get sick as often, when my 3 & 5 year old daughters come home with junk. 4) I sleep a little better.
This is my experience with Terramin Clay. I take it at night before bed, about a 2 tsps with 6oz of water. Then I drink the dregs at the bottom and brush my teeth with it. Next, I swallow all the stuff and brush again with toothpaste. It gets the grit out.
I know, my friends tease me about "drink'in dirt." I suspect most americans like me are mineral deficient from our "modern" diets. This stuff helps my body by supplying tons of minerals and other Goodness.
Last, this stuff is known to bind to the polarized bacteria in your body, basically attached to all sides of the bacteria to neutralize the bad guys. It helps alkalize your GI tract. How good is that...I think it's great.
