The item that is listed is a soft bristled brush, but like another reviewer stated, Amazon also shipped me a medium bristled toothbrush. I have sensitive teeth and was told by my dentist to only use a soft brush, so back it goes.On another note: I also searched for replacement heads for this toothbrush, and was directed to: [...]. On this page, the Amazon reviewer states: "The three replacement brush heads in this pack fit all Braun Oral-B electric toothbrushes." HOWEVER, the package I received clearly states: "Does not fit Vitality Sonic, Sonic Complete, Pulsonic, CrossAction Power."
Both products will be returned, and I'm a bit peeved at Amazon for the false advertising.
