This is the basic therabreath product all serious bad breath fighters should have. Using this daily has made my breath fresher for a longer period of time. I don't have that bitter/metallic taste in my mouth anymore after I eat. I use this with the Therabreath oral rinse. Together, they make a formidable tag team that effectively combats bad breath. Product label says that it oxidizes your mouth. I didn't understand this in the beginning, but when I used it, I felt that there was just more air in my mouth.
