I really enjoy dandelion root tea, and believe that it does me good. This particular dandelion root seems to me like a quality product at a reasonable price. I simmer mine on the stove for 15 minutes or so, often mixed with some roiboos and a bit of licorice root. If you want a roasted dandelion root tea to make a richer, more coffee like beverage, you can spread it out on a cookie sheet and roast it in low oven, stirring occasionally, until it is as dark brown as you want it. (Roasted very dark you get a "French Roast" experience with dandelion root--but you have to be careful not to burn it.)Starwest Botanicals Organic Dandelion Root Cut, 1-pound Bag Overview
