I had a Tecno for about 6 years and it just recently died. I loved it. I have thick wavy hair and this iron worked well for me. I loved how hot it got so I didn't have to keep going over and over each section in order to get all the wave out. So when it died, I wanted the same thing of course! I got it, and much to my dismay, it did not work well at all! It hardly got hot enough to work and it kept catching my hair and pulling it out! I was annoyed of course, called the company that sent it to me and they have a "no refund policy". So that was equally annoying.
