I bought these straight from Costco online when it was on sale there. Kirkland is a Costco brand and my doctor recommended I get calcium supplements that include magnesium for better absorption. I finished the bottle of 300 pills recently and found the zinc supported my immune system also. However, the pills are very large and hard to get down - and when I took these before meals, I'd get an upset stomach.Found an equivalent supplement here on Amazon by Nature Made: [...]
The Nature Made supplement comes with the same combo of calcium, magnesium, Vit D and zinc but in a smaller pill form, making it much easier to swallow.
