Sleepright Dura Comfort NO BOIL Dental Night Guard Review
Having used lots of different dental guards for severe bruxism, I finally found this one which has done a much better job even than guards custom made for me by dentists. The guard even has started correcting my uneven bite (as the dentist has confirmed), done in the night without any work involved :-)If you grind a lot like me, you may find that they don't last forever though - I need a new one every 5 months or so.
Be sure to ask the seller to send you the latest version of the Dura - the company (SleepRight) has updated the model in the last couple of years, with major improvements to the bite pads (wider and thicker) and a less flimsy wing design. I have once received the old version from a seller here on Amazon and had to give it up since it moved out of position during the night and therefore didn't work to prevent grinding.
