I would have given a 0-star review if Amazon allowed it.These refills are very cheaply made. The wire bends too easily, making it very difficult to remove food particles. And the refill is always coming loose from the holder.
I wear braces, and use it to clean between the teeth and remove food that is stuck on the braces/brackets.
My local CVS has their own version, and the wire is much stronger and lasts a long time. The only drawback is that it cannot be angled like the Oral-B, but you quickly learn to work around it.
