I see from other reviews that it didn't necessarily work for everyone... but it does wonders for tobbaco stains! The tip does indeed flake a little during use, but the results to me are well worth it! The first time I used it was about 3 days after I had a dental cleaning... and this removed the stains left behind! I am using it now about once a week to prevent further staining and to remove the yellowing particularily at the point where the teeth meet... It doesn't actually get between teeth (unless you have really large gaps) but along those edges it is great.
