As a pharmacist, I have to say that this product tastes horrible because multivitamins taste horrible! Enfamil did not purposely make this product to taste this way. Luckily, adults can just swallow a pill. Iron containing vitamins taste extra worse, just imagine what iron is! It's like licking a pipe. So if your child requires it, what can you do? My daughter hated this product so much that she refused to take it completely. When she went in for her 9 month check up, she was found to be anemic and then we had to put her on straight iron drops, and believe me, they are 100 times worse than the PolyViSol.
