This is a fantastic toothbrush, but apparently it is not compatible with peroxide & baking soda toothpaste. I think there have been some instances of brush heads breaking in peoples' mouths. Crest has pulled the product from retailers and claims to be working on the problem.I hope they get the problem fixed and re-introduce the product. For now, I can't find replacement heads anywhere.
