I used to have the old blue version and loved it. Even my dentist was impressed by it. The clear one is like a football mouth guard. When boiled it doesn't fit to the teeth well and its super thick. Also it is short. It doesn't reach to my back molars. When I wake up in the morning after wearing this my teeth feel misaligned and my jaw is sore.
