I've used DayWhite for at least eight years. The first two kits I bought from my dentist, which were around $200 each. I was so happy to find it online! It works fast, doesn't make my teeth sensitive, and people comment on their whiteness! I use trays which were custom made for me by the dentist, so I can't speak for how it works in do-it-yourself trays. To initially whiten, I used it twice a day for 30 minutes each; I drink a lot of tea, so, to keep teeth white, every eight months or so I just use it for 30 minutes a day for 3 days, and my teeth lighten up to the max!
