Received my kit in 2 days after purchase. Came in professionally designed box, looking like something that you would buy in Bed Bath and Beyond. Box included everything that is shown on the pictures and some extra items, like molding materials, return address form and etc.Instructions are clear and easy to follow (with pictures). Created my molds from the first try, so I didn't have to use an extra molding material included in the kit. Mailed with provided envelop to the Lab. Received my custom teeth trays and they fit great! I had custom teeth trays made by my dentist before, and they cost an arm and a leg. These are the same thing, only for the fraction of the cost. I love Amazon!
P.S. 4 whitening gels (22% mint flavor) are also included along with boil and form temporary trays, if you want to start whitening while you wait for the custom trays to arrive.
I will be buying second kit as a gift for Christmas, they look very nice.
