This is a great tasting high quality product. However I looked everywhere on the bottle and couldn't find any refrigeration instructions so I just stuck it on the cupboard after I opened it. A few weeks later the liquid evaporated and a paste formed in the bottle. I looked again and finally discovered in extremely small font the product was to be refrigerated.
