BUTLER DENT FLOSS THREAD 840R Review
I've used these for some time and am now ordering more. They last a long time but eventually get lost or bent. Basically, they're pieces of plastic wire with a straight end and a looped end. If you have a dental bridge, you tear off a piece of dental floss, push it 1/2 way thru the loop, push the straight end under the bridge (from the outside of your mouth), pull it thru. The floss is pulled thru too. Then you hold one end of the floss and let the other end be completely pulled thru (to the inside of your mouth). The threader is then removed leaving one end of floss on each side of the bridge. Holding an end of the floss in each hand, you now pull the floss along the bridge's underside (at gum level) to clean any particles trapped under the bridge. When finished, you discard the floss but can retain the threader (I suggest you wash it at least in water if not with mouthwash. Works fine. Recommended to me by two different dentists.
