I have had such a hard time finding toothpaste WITH fluoride that doesn't cause my mouth to break out in canker sores after only one or two uses. I am sad to hear that the earlier reviewer found this to be a problem. I can only conclude that mouths, just like the rest of us, are unique to the individual.What I CAN say is that my experience with this toothpaste has been fabulous. It is mild/pleasant tasting, non-irritating, effective, CONTAINS FLUOURIDE (so important), and does not contain SLS or SLES. Although it contains foaming agents, I have found it to be suitably gentle - and I get canker sores at the drop of a hat!
