These trays are way less messy than using crest white strips. Those things slide around like crazy are somewhat of a pain to put on. I don't know i really like tray systems, originally starting with the rebrandt system that used one set of trays and syringes to fill them. Im using the toothpaste before hand and it fixed sensitivity for me after using trays 2 days in a row. I'm leaving them on overnight when I sleep because the peroxide or hydrogen carbomide (sp?) is still working albeit at a reduced effective level. I think these things are great and purchased this same system probably 5 times over the past few years. totally subjectively my friends laugh at my teeth and tell me to stop bleaching as they're too white. well they smoke also so I don't know if that really rates. lastly I will only purchase directly through amazon, as some of these third party vendors are selling old kits (check the bottom for the expiration date).bottom line if you don't mind strips go with crest
if you don't like to having to adjust the stupid strips floating around then this is the kit.
