I've had custom made units made by dentists for hundreds of dollars. I've also tried a half dozen other products on the market. I read the other reviews, if people are choking on this product, they won't be able to use anything else I've tried. This is truly a great value and very low profile, while still preventing me from grinding my teeth while I sleep. I barely notice it in my mouth and it is much better than other products I've tried.
