Crest Glide Dental Floss Review
I've recently started flossing regularly because my dentist said i could avoid an upcoming cavity or two if i did. So... just about every other day i started flossing and asked my wife to buy glide as i've used it before and liked how strong it is (this stuff never breaks, rips, or gets little strands).I just went to the dentist today for a cleaning and although she said my teeth/gums looked wonderful and she could tell i've been flossing, when i asked for a glide sample, she said they don't carry it. She got real quiet, almost to a whisper and said: "it doesn't work" and went on to say that it's kiddie floss... She explained that because it glides so easily it doesn't pick up much of the plaque or other objects that normal "crappy" floss does (I added the crappy part, not her).
So now i feel like i'm in a predicament... I really hate all other flosses, not because they don't glide, but because they're not strong. I figure if i'm going to take the time to floss, i should be using a product that works the best. But, you can't argue with results, my teeth impressed the dentist after i had been pretty much only using Glide the last 6 months. What to do...
