I have been using this product for approximately five years. After being diagnosed with TMJ problems, I was given a sleep right night guard by my chiropractor to try. I had been experiencing head aches, and ear problems before I began using the night guard. Since using the night guard I no longer experience head aches or ear problems when waking up in the a.m. I do have to replace the sleep right about every 3 months due to clenching so hard that I wear them out in about 3 months. If you have TMJ related problems I would suggest you try the Sleep Right night guard. I have had the best results with the low profile.
