I bought a 3 pack to save money on shipping. Unfortunately all three plus white bottles had defective product. The whitening gel was no longer in gel form and had liquefied making it very difficult to apply to the mouth pieces. I contacted Plus White directly as they claim to care about customer satisfaction. I was asked to provide a lot # and my address, which I did, but I never received a replacement for my defective product.
