Although the item listed said Medium, what was sent to me was Ultra Soft. When I called the actual vendor, they said they were out of the Medium, and sent me what they had, thinking that would satisfy me. I also complained to Amazon and the vendor subsequently refunded my Credit Card. I was able to find and purchase the Medium item elsewhere.
