The problem with Invisalign is that they don't tell you how difficult the aligners are to remove after you get attachments bonded to your teeth. I got my attachments yesterday (15 of them) and my aligners would not budge. Fortunately I bought the Outie tool when I first got Invisalign and it was a godsend after I got the attachments. The staff at my orthodontist office was also very impressed with this tool. I am able to pop the aligners out easily now and I don't even need a mirror anymore. It is literally the only thing that I can use to remove my aligners. One end of the tool pushes the bottom aligner up and out. The other end hooks over the top aligner to pull it down.
