These things work. After getting gross black mold in my Sonicare for years, I finally found a solution. Incidentally, Philips Customer Care gave me the run-around and kept telling me that the mold was due to varying humidity in various homes. Does not make sense considering I live with my wife :) and hers does not have mold. They wanted me to take off and dry my brush head every day. What a hassle! Anyway, the Sonic Seal works but, like many of the reviews have said, it is very hard to get one and THEY WILL RIP IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL PUTTING THEM ON.
