I too received just ONE pack instead of six. I read the reviews and thought to myself, "they can't be stupid enough to repeat that now that several folks have had this happen and even wrote reviews about it." I used to think amazon.com how great customer service. I can't really say that anymore after this. How dumb do you have to be to keep making the same error, especially when there are multiple reviews on here describing the error? F-ing ridiculous. Hopefully I'll get the refund, but that still won't fix the fact that I still need floss. Six of these things would have lasted awhile. That would have been great. I'd have that floss thing taken care of.Oh yes, and concerning the quality of the item - it's the best floss there is. And for some reason all of my local stores have either stopped carrying it or are always out of it, which is why I've resorted to ordering it online.
