I think this floss does a great job of removing plaque between your teeth, but I don't believe it holds up to its claim of removing stains. I've been using it for approximately the past 6 - 7 months and I've seen zero change in the stains that accumulate after my dental cleaning. I think this product is very effective at removing plaque and objects you might have between your teeth.One star off because this floss is very messy! It is made of a rubbery elastic type material so it almost acts like a sling shot removing plaque and spraying it on the mirror, can be quite displeasing to those of us with sensitive stomachs, but I guess it is a good sign that it is removing the debris.
