I saw results with this toothpaste after the first use. It's excellent for whitening, no doubt. But, I have several cavities and have let my teeth go over the years (I know, I know, no lectures, please....) and in two weeks I've noticed a drastic difference in sensitivity. Even my own breath blowing on my teeth is sending shivers down my spine. At times it's downright painful. I must say that I used this toothpaste in conjunction with an electric brush, so obviously in hindsight this wasn't the best idea.
